The Fish is mainly from Hastings & Eastbourne and our Main Suppliers of Farm Produce are Tottingworth Farm at Broad Oak and Chilley Farm which dates back 400 Years and is just 2 Miles away from here. They specialise in Traditionally Farmed Stock with No Additives and Slow-Reared Rare Breeds such as the Gloucester Old Spot Pork, Southdowns and Kent - Cross Lamb and Extra Mature Sussex and Limousin Beef.
