About Us

Based in East Sussex by the beautiful Pevensey Levels The Lamb Inn provides a welcome relaxing warmth and comfort to locals and visitors like ramblers, wildlife watchers and the occasional well behaved dog!

Established in 1526 in a very historical part of the south where William the Conquerors troops marched to war in 1066 and you can still find a welcome oasis of wildlife and birdlife amongst the wetlands and tiny hamlets that make up the area.

Your Landords have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Robert still occasionally maintains his old job as a Butler for various Royal families and private houses, and Alison was the manager of a 1000 bed roomed Hotel Restaurant in London’s Piccadilly Circus prior to opening their first restaurant in 1995.
